All kiteboarders need to maintain their access to kite beaches launch sites and ride areas.
Over the years we have lost many sites due to conflicts with other user groups, safety issues, and lack of cooperation among kiters. Without access there is no kiting. Most kite launches and ride areas are on public lands, and use shared community resources.
Public safety is always the primary concern. There are also other issues that affect access like protecting the environment, and government policy as well. To learn more about access issues click on our access topic in our articles, or look at the forum under the topic access. Registered members can add their own discussions on any access issues or make comments or give suggestions and feedback, on the Forum.
